All products sold by Sprayorign are guaranteed to be authentic and sourced from trusted suppliers and authorized distributors.

If you have any concerns regarding authenticity, please contact our support team with relevant details and supporting evidence. We take such matters seriously and will review them thoroughly.

Returns

Due to the personal and consumable nature of fragrances, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened products

  • Used or tested products

  • Fragrance decants

  • Products with damaged or removed seals

Eligible Returns

We only accept returns in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product was damaged during transit

  • The product received is incomplete

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • You must provide clear photos and a complete unboxing video

Unboxing Video Requirement

To process claims related to:

  • Damaged items

  • Missing items

  • Incorrect products

A continuous, unedited unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened is mandatory.

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for review.

Refunds & Replacements

Once your claim is reviewed and approved:

  • A replacement product will be offered (preferred resolution)

  • If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Fragrance Preference Disclaimer

Fragrance is highly subjective and personal.

We do not accept returns or refunds if:

  • You did not like the scent

  • The fragrance did not meet your expectations

  • The scent smells different than anticipated

We strongly recommend trying a smaller size before purchasing a full bottle.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch

  • Once dispatched, cancellations cannot be guaranteed

  • Approved cancellations before shipment will receive a full refund
