Cancellation and Return Policy
Cancellation Before Shipment:
If you want to cancel an order before it's shipped, contact our customer support team at care@sprayorign.com or call us at +91 90909 49046. We'll cancel your order and refund your money within 3 to 4 business days.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders:
For credit/debit card or net banking payments, refunds are processed within 48 - 72 business hours after we receive the products back. It may take 2-3 extra business days for the amount to show in your account. For cash on delivery, we'll initiate a bank transfer within 48 - 72 business hours after receiving the products back. Again, it may take 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Returns, Replacements, and Refunds:
How to Return an Item:
You can return a product within 3 days of delivery if it's unused and in its original packaging. Contact our Customer Support team via email within 3 business days of receiving the order, providing your order ID and the reason for return/refund. Send us a picture and uncut video of the product and the invoice. You'll need to courier the unused product to us in its original packaging. We'll initiate the refund or replacement process once we receive the products with intact seals, labels, and barcodes.
Conditions for Returns:
We won't accept returns under certain conditions:
- Product is damaged due to misuse
- Returned without original packaging
- Serial number is tampered with
- Defective products not covered under warranty
- Product is used or altered
- Request initiated after 3 days of order delivery
- Free product provided by brand
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, contact us within 3 business days of receiving the order. Provide your order ID and details of the issue along with a picture and uncut video of the product and the invoice. We'll pick up the products within 2-4 business days and initiate the refund or replacement process once we receive them in their original packaging.
Partial Returns:
You can return part of your order, but make sure to return all components and complimentary gifts along with it.
